Applicants must hold A1 (or D32/33)/V1 (or D34) and have relevant occupational competence/
qualifications as well as a strong commitment to working in a culture of continuous improvement
and supporting learners to achieve their awards. We are looking for people who can use their
initiative, have excellent interpersonal skills and are interested in professional development.

• Children’s Care, Learning & Development 2,3,4
• Leadership & Management in Care
• Management 4 and 5
• Advice & Guidance 4
Skills for Life Tutors
£24,000 per annum, company car and performance related bonus
To carry out diagnostic assessment, devise development plans, deliver, support and assess basic skills qualifications where required and to provide guidance and mentoring to learners. Applicants must be qualified to at least Level 3 in Literacy and/or Numeracy and hold a recognised teaching qualification. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
