All of the above are for those working within a health and social care environment
At this level learners are required to take four of the mandatory units and four optional units. The choice of units depends on the nature of the candidate's job role.
Mandatory Units

- Contribute to the effectiveness of work teams
- Promote, monitor and maintain health, safety and security in the workplace
- Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
In addition, there is a range of 33 optional units.
A certificate from the awarding body will be presented to candidates on completion of their award.
Support to achieve this qualification includes registration, assessment and certification costs.

Our assessor team will endeavour to support learners every 3 weeks.
Whenever you are learning, the team at NVQ Training & Consultancy are available by telephone, with online support service for learners throughout the programme.
Progress updates are provided for managers after every assessment.
